Our factory covers about 3,000 square meters, two production lines inside. Our technical department gets 4 technicians to handle special requested cart modifications and 24 hours x 7 days technical support for after sales services. Two QC engineers are in charge of quality inspection and performance test before shipping. Our trade department get only three sales representatives at moment.

How many days the cart will be ready for delivery?
Normally it needs 25-30 days before delivery, except holidays. 

What about the payment methods?
1. T/T or L/C directly to our account based on the PI and SC.
2. Pay directly to our Alibaba’s account based on the PO issued by salesman via Alibaba platform. First of all, you have the Alibaba’s membership, and would like to do this way to protect your payment safe.

What about freight terms you accept?
CIF, CFR, FOB, FCA, DDP are acceptable.

Do you have options parts for the cart?
Yes, there are a lot to be advised before you confirm the order.

May I customize the color of which I want?
Sure, but extra cost will be charged if the QTY cannot meet the MOQ paint production requests.

Do you accept my own brand?
Yes, and by agreement for this issue.
